What Body Age is

Body Age is a home fitness test. It compares your results on simple physical tests with published norms for people of your age and sex, and turns them into one number. It is a fitness test, not a medical diagnosis, and it does not replace advice from your doctor.

Your safety

Only do the tests and exercises if you feel well enough to. Use a sturdy chair against a wall, keep a wall or counter within reach for balance work and stop straight away if anything hurts or you feel dizzy. If you have a heart condition, a recent operation, frequent falls or any doubt, ask your doctor first. You take part at your own risk.

The plan subscription

The Body Age Plan is a subscription billed by Stripe in US dollars, at the price shown before you pay. There is no free trial. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription inside your plan, or by writing to us, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds follow our refund policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Your private link

After you pay we give you a private link to your plan. Anyone with that link can open your plan, so keep it to yourself. If you lose it, restore your plan with the email you used at checkout.

Fair use

The content is for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell or scrape it.

Liability

We provide Body Age as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from the tests, the plan or your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects your subscription, we will tell you before it applies.
